DESCRIPTION:*Please read before registering* –> Registration Opens on 10am Sunday\, 4th May (First Come\, First Serve Basis) \nThis is the registration form for summer outdoor soccer sessions under lights. \nDates: 15th May to 18th September\, Every Thursday 9:30-11 pm.\nA total of 19 sessions.\nLocation: Nepean Sportsplex\, Minto Field \nCost: $ 215 for a total of 19 sessions! \n  \nFormat:\n12 v 12 with 2 subs (will try to stick to this format on most days\, but will adjust accordingly) \nTerms & Conditions: \n* Registration spots are limited and are on a “first-come\, first-served” basis. \n*The registration fees are to be sent in only the full amount. We will not be taking any partial fees. \n*There is only one option for registering for the entire season. We will only take drop-ins based on how many of the registered players are not showing up on a given day. \n*Failure to send the registration fees and only completing the form will not complete your registration. \n*Please arrive BEFORE  game time( (9:30 pm ) and perform proper warm and stretching exercises to avoid injuries. \n*It is your responsibility to arrive before time\, find your teammates and join them. Please do not expect organizers to sort it out every time when you arrive. We will post the teams before hand. \n* Please check the group to see which team you are on. We do not want to waste time trying to figure out teams. \n*Team colors will be provided as well beforehand please try to maintain them. Pinnies are also available for teams to wear. \n*Everyone should make sure they sub and make sure that everyone gets the same amount of game time as possible. \n*The sessions are open to all skill levels.
